WHAT EXACTLY IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING?

Small group training sessions are more intimate than a group fitness class- so almost like personal training sessions but with just a few other gals. You will get 1:1 attention from me as your trainer but also awesome support/motivation from your group. I will customize all the workouts/pace to meet each persons overall goals!

Includes: before/after assessments, food+fitness journal, weekly weigh ins (if weight loss is your goal), private facebook group for online support & communication. *An initial meeting will be scheduled to do initial assessments, goal setting & a mini Clean Eating 101 class.

• A gal of any age, shape, or size that is looking to tone up, lose weight & relieve stress in a safe loving environment. ❤️

Small Group Training day/time options are scheduled based on requests so if you have a group of 3-6 ladies and want to start up a small group OR if you would like to join an existing group- Please fill out the form below!
