NEW CHALLENGE starts June 11th!
Want to reduce bloat and tone up your mid-section? This challenge will help you get on track with eating more greens & feeling more energy via lots of green smoothies that taste super yummy! These smoothies can help you to shed belly fat + the fab ab exercises will get your abs toned up & summer ready.
In addition to drinking green (and getting lean) – you will be working on training those abs to be fab with a special series of abdominal exercises. These are moves I specifically designed to help even the most difficult low abs to shape up!

What’s Included in this Challenge: smoothie recipe guide, weekly shopping list, weekly (step by step) ab focused training workouts (in person or online), fab abs calendar (schedule of workouts), smoothie calendar (schedule of smoothies) & accountability/coaching/motivation via our private Facebook group.
There are two ways to participate in this 3-Week Blend & Sculpt Challenge either Local or Online!
ONLINE: You will The online workout videos are less than 20 minutes and in video format so you can watch on your computer, phone, or ipad.
IN STUDIO: The in- person Fab Ab training will be offered 2x per week at Becoming Bootcamp Studio on Mondays 6:30pm (before 7pm Bootcamp Class) and Saturdays 9am (after 8am bootcamp class).
