Hi Beautiful!!! I’m Branda– the owner and main trainer at BECOMING BOOTCAMP STUDIO. My vision was to create a place/space that offers lots of opportunities for women to work on themselves- both inside and out. The world is a really noisy place and since most women put themselves last-  it’s easy for us to feel lost & disconnected. Don’t let the name scare you- the bootcamp classes are beginner friendly and can be modified for all fitness levels. I love creating unique workouts and games to make fitness fun! You just need to come experience a class to see how NOT intimidating and NOT scary it is 🙂 You belong here & you will feel loved and supported here too. Be sure to request to join the private  Becoming Bootcamp VIP Facebook group because that’s where the conversations about healthy happy living are taking place! In addition, exclusive info & tips about fitness training + healthy food is posted there & Facebook VIP’s will always get first dibs on registration for challenges and workshops.

All group fitness classes are open for drop-ins (just come a few minutes before class to check in)! Drop in rates are $15 (Hip Hop Dance drop-ins are $10). Membership options are also available upon request.

BOOTCAMP: a super FUN mix of various exercises – this class is NOT scary but rather challenging & modifiable based on your fitness level. A mixture of HIIT (high intensity interval training) will get your heart rate up, build strength and produce amazing results. EVERY class is different so you will never get bored.

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP: A Beginner Friendly {low-impact} Bootcamp class has been added to the schedule because I know there are a good amount of you {YES I’M TALKING TO YOU} who have been wanting to come to class but have many worries that are holding you back. You will be supported here, you will be loved here, everything will be demonstrated/explained out to you -so you will never feel dumb here. This class is low-impact & offers many modifications making it the perfect place to get started! You will learn to love your body & become more in tune with your muscles here. I will help you get that internal flame burning brightly- so you can feel motivated to proudly shed weight, build muscle, gain confidence & learn to love yourself again.

HIP HOP DANCE: an awesome dance class for all levels and great for beginners! This class is the perfect FUN way to get some cardio, work your muscles in all new ways and to laugh too! It’s a super casual class and absolutely no experience is needed!

CIRCUIT TRAINING: a circuit style class set up with multiple stations to both challenge you & tone you in all kinds of ways! Such a great way to mix things up & push beyond your comfort zone in a fun group setting.

SOUL STRETCH: an amazing class designed to help you unload stress, refresh your soul & stretch your body. This is the class EVERYONE NEEDS DESPERATELY. It does not include any type of flow but rather all the stretching your body craves. It is appropriate for all levels and encouraged for everyBODY.
